1) What is the size of your company?

Established in 2004, we have been focusing on supplying oriental foods and have already exported to 97 countries and regions. We operate 2 product research and development laboratories, over 10 planting bases, and more than 10 ports for delivery. We maintain long-term partnerships with over 280 raw material suppliers, exporting at least 10,000 tons and more than 280 types of products per year.

2)Do you have your own brand?

Yes, we have our own brand 'Yumart‘, which is very well known in South America.

3) Do you attend international food exhibitions often?

Yes we attend more than 13 exhibitions a year. like Seafood Expo, FHA, Thaifex, Anuga, SIAL, Saudi food show, MIFB, Canton fair, World food, Expoalimentaria and etc. Please contact us for further information.

1) What are the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life depends on the product you need, ranging from 12-36months.

2)What is the MOQ of your products?

It depends on different production scale. We aim to provide flexibility to our customers, so you can purchase according to your specific requirements. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let us know.

3) Do you have test report from third party?

We can arrange for testing by an accredited third-party lab upon your request.

Certification

1) What certificates do you have?

IFS, ISO, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, BRC, Organic, FDA.

2)What shipments documents can you offer?

Normally, we offer Certificate of Origin, Health certificates. If you need extra documents.

Payment

1) What are the acceptable payment method for your company?

Our payment terms are T/T, D/P, D/A, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, more payment methods depend on your order quantity.

Shipment

1) What are the modes of shipment?

Air: Our partner is DHL, TNT, EMS and Fedex Sea: Our shipping agents cooperate with MSC, CMA, COSCO, NYK ect.  We accept clients designated forwarders. 

2) What is the time of delivery ?

Within 4 weeks after receiving the payment in advance.

3)Do you guarantee safe and reliable delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high-quality packaging for shipping, and certified refrigerated shippers for temperature-sensitive goods.

4) How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose. Express is normally the quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. We can give you exact freight rates only if we know the details of amount, weight and way.

Service

1) Do you offer OEM service?

Yes.OEM service can be accepted when your quantity reach to an appointed amount.

2) Can we get samples?

Sure, free sample could be arranged.

3)What are the acceptable incoterms?
Our trade term is flexible. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. If you are first time to import, we could provide DDU, DDP and door to door. You will feel easy to work with us. Welcome your inquiry!
4) Can I have a one-to-one service support?

Yes, one of our experienced sales team members will support you one to one.

5)How soon can I get the reply from you?

We promise you to reply you on time within 8-12 hours.

6)How soon can I expect your reply?

We will reply as quickly as possible, and no later than 8 to 12 hours.

7)Will you buy insurance for products?

We will buy insurance for the products based on the Incoterms or upon your request.
