Our dried black fungus is uniformly black and and have a slightly brittle texture. They are in decent size and well packed in airtight packaging to preserve its texture and flavor. Black fungus with sauce is a popular dish especially in Asia. Its cooking instructions are as follows.
Before making it, let’s prepare ingredients: black fungus, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, sesame seed, chili, coriander.
1.Wash the black fungus after soaking it, put it in a boiling water pot and boil it for about 2 minutes. After boiling, take it out and put it in a prepared cold water basin to cool.
2.Mash the garlic into garlic paste. Add some salt to the garlic, it will be more sticky and delicious.
3.Drain the water from the black fungus and put it in a plate, add the chopped coriander and chili segments.
4.Pour sesame oil, vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce into the garlic paste bowl, add appropriate amount of sugar and salt, mix evenly, and pour it into the black fungus plate and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and mix well before eating.
